Didi awards doesnt register

After claiming basket of reward from Didi (on PC only), when i actually play, none of the rewards are there. is there a problem with this?

Hi Mahsa, unfortunately whatever Rami had last week, Didi now has this same illness. I am creating a list of players saying that Didi didn't work for them so I'll add your message to the list.
