Connected to Facebook, mail icon is grayed out in game, can’t collect any rewards from candy machine. Can’t send/receive lives. iPhone 8 Plus.

Hi Michael, thank you for writing us here at King Care. The mail icon is not working. You can't send or receive lives from friends. It appears to be a Facebook issue because it's also affecting non-King games. The developers have contacted Facebook and so have some of the players. We are all waiting for a fix.
The candy machine that you are referring to, is that for Candy Crush Soda Saga because I think that's the only game that is offering the candy machine at the moment. There is a timer on it so once you collect the first time you have to wait until the time runs out before you can get another ball from the machine.
