Boosters not appearing after purchase

Question

I have purchased TWICE a pack which included boosters, once the pack with 100 gold and 3 of each boosters, then a few weeks later the pack with 50 gold and 1 of each booster. Both times I have received the gold but not the boosters, which is annoying as I wouldn’t have purchased the packs if it wasn’t for the boosters. Who can I contact regarding this?
