IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT: Level 897 in Candy Crush Saga gives me only 12 moves instead of 50

I've been puzzled over trying to complete level 897, especially since it's not marked as a hard level so after trying for days, I consulted the internet and found out through videos and screenshots that other people get 50 moves for this level, while I only have 12! Since there's a hazelnut/cherry dispenser that gives out only 1 per move and I need to get TWELVE down, the last cherry/hazelnut only comes out in my very last move. Making the level IMPOSSIBLE to beat.

Is there any way someone can look into my account and make a fix for this? It's very frustrating.

Hi Floor, I don't believe that it's a bug because there are too many levels where the number of moves has been changed and so we are notifying the studio that it's impossible to clear these levels with the number of moves.  How they have been doing this is that there are testers randomly chosen for new levels.  There are also video creators who do the videos when the level first appears.  The studio monitors these testers and collects data on these levels.  If it's too easy to clear they lower the number of moves and that is why you are finding your level too difficult to do.  I am helping a King Admin by gathering these messages and sending her a list every Monday.  She has been turning the list over to the studio and they are going over all the complaints.  They have already changed a couple of levels so I will continue creating this list until they do something about this! Yes it will be forwarded to the studio to look at closer.
