Lost progress (about level 1400) when I did a factory reset of my phone.

 Hi, I lost my progress (about level 1400) when I did a factory reset of my phone. I assumed it would be OK because I was previously logged in to Facebook when playing. But after the reset ,reinstall of Candy Crush Saga, and login to Facebook I was back at level 1.

Can you help?

Hi farmbyblue, it should have taken you back to your current level if you were playing through Facebook.  Have no fear because we can get you back on track.  Follow the steps posted on this link to get you back on track: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep

If none of the troubleshooting works then go to the last paragraph and click on the link "here".  It will take you to a page to complete a contact form.  Complete it and they can manually get you back on track.
