screen turning black whilst playing

Both I and my sister are experiencing the same thing: in the middle of playing candy crush saga, the screen goes black and all progress is lost plus time and life! Why? We are both playing on PC and/or laptop. It is really annoying! And also unfair, that after struggling and using boosters, many times finally passing the level, the screen goes black and we can start all over again!!! I am seeing that many others have the same issues and for a long time now. Could you fix it for once? Thanks

It is happening continuously, for the past few days, now three times in a row! I am losing more lives restarting than playing!  Will you fix this issue or it's time for me to find a new game to play???

It is happening to me also! I have managed to pass once level 2685, but screen went black and lost progress. I have collected three extra lives from friends and lost them one after the other without playing! I am really getting fed up!!! Solution? anyone???
