Hi Bette, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I have created a list of these complaints and forward this to a King Admin who then forwards it to the studio. I will add your message to the list.

Level 556 is not possible to pass in 18 moves without buying loads of boosters. If you keep creating levels like that just because you want to earn lots of money on people paying for the boosters, you’ll just lose a lot of your audience. I certainly won’t be paying for any boosters. If I’m stuck on this level for a little bit longer, I’ll just give up and stop playing altogether because the game is no longer fun and only frustrating. It’s as simple as that.
