my space dash(helmets) keeps resetting to no boosters Why? Every time I reload its gone and I have to start all over again

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
