I do not get any Rami boosters

I have made a report of this before, but I still do not get any Rami boosters while playing Candy Beast in Candy Crush Saga. I hope that I get feedback about this because of my other reports I have not heard anything and the problem is still not solved after 3 weeks. I have sent screenshots several times, but I have not received a response. My game ID: 1829618674

Hi Vanda, Rami is not working.  It has already been reported as a glitch to the studio and we are waiting for a resolution.
