Level 3714 Crashes

Today, I was finally able to play and almost get through level 3714 which King has now fixed. However, on my last two attempts, the game has crashed on me at the bottom of the board on the right hand side while trying to make a striped candy. Thus I lost my boosters and I lost several lives. Can we get this issue fixed?

Hi Queenofgames, unfortunately King does not replace boosters or lives that are lost.  They can only replace purchased items.

I understand that lives and boosters are lost. I just wanted to know if others have this crashing issue now with the level and if it can be fixed?

I can only play on Windows 10 as my android devices are still stuck at level 3680 and have not updated in many weeks. Thanks Elsa :-)
