In app purchase problem

One step to earn trophy but need in app purchase, I did it but the app cannot connect to the shop, waited for long time and done the purchase, the app discard my game so I cannot purchase and lost the trophy, shall the game owner give me back the trophy?!?!?!?!

Hi VLMAC, are you referring to the gold trophy that you earn after completing a new episode and clearing each level on the first try?  If you can find a way for the studio to actually add your trophy manually to the game please let me know because I don't think it's possible.  It's an earned thing so any glitch can cause you not to get it.
