Lost all progress

I was on level 2936 and all progress was synced to my facebook and email. But once i deleted and reinstalled the candy crush application, and signed back in on both email and facebook, my progress was back at level 11. 

Help please as i cannot start all over again!!!!!

Hi MyCleanAndLean, please follow the steps on this link to get you back on track:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep  If these steps do not work then go into the last paragraph and click on the "here" hyperlink.  It will open up a page where you can complete a contact form.  They can manually go into your game and load your progress back into your account.
