Synch King to new Facebook account

I need tech help to synch my progress on my King account to my Facebook account. 2 years ago I played Candy Crush on my Facebook account. I deleted that account. After a year I created a new Facebook account. I understand from other Q&A's that it is not possible to link my progress to a new Facebook account because it is still linked to the old account. I no longer have acces to that account, because I deleted it permanently. As I understand it is possible for the people at King.com to manually add my progress to my Facebook account. Please contact me about that.

If the steps don't help you then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Complete the contact form and they can manually go into your account and get your progress back.

Thanks for your answer. I have completed the contact form, and I hope they can manually get my progress back on my Facebook account. I will let you know if that happend.
