It is supposed to have 30 moves, as I’ve researched and only has 13. When will this be fixed?

I did it in less than 13 moves. I combined a chocolate ball and a wrapped candy and hey presto I did it!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
