Why are past levels only giving 16 moves?

I am currently on level 2954, i have noticed in past week or so that all older levels now only give 16 moves when I know many has 30 or more. Why is this?I would also like to know why if you are not in game you don't receive prizes / rewards from events? Even if you are clearly leading by a large margin within 30 minutes or so of event end.

Hi Shane, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I have created a list of these complaints and forward this to a King Admin who then forwards it to the studio. I will add your message to the list.
Are you referring to the challenges with the leader board where you have to be in the top 3 exactly when the challenge ends? You can be in first place with 10 minutes to go and there are players keeping an eye on it and playing levels over and over again to beat you.
