Level 3714 cannot be won! Acorns won't drop and programs crashes. I know others have had difficulty

3714 is impossible.  Acorns won't drop on left side.  I have used extra booster, paid for extra boosters etc, and still acorns won't budge.  On different games, the program crashes.  I have read on blogs that 3714 is broken.  Is that true and how can I beat it?  I'm frustrated and I'm not playing as much.  please help!  Signed, a devoted player.

Hi Patricia, this level has already been reported as a glitch and we are all waiting for a fix.
