My piggy bank and my message envelope are both missing?! I deleted app and redone loaded...didn’t fix

Hi Michelle, sorry for the delay in responding. There are quite a few glitches that have been reported in the last few days to the studio and they are trying to fix all of them. Please try not to delete the game from your mobile device when once you reinstall it all saved boosters and levels will be gone since they are saved just to that device. Always try to search for troubleshooting tips here and on Google to see if anyone else has written about these issues for mobile devices. If all troubleshooting fails then I would suggest that you can delete the app or do a factory reset which has helped some people. But again you will lose all saved lives and boosters. Other players have also reported these items missing so hopefully they can resolve these soon.
