This is ridiculous! Im supposed to be on at least level 4 to 500! I downloaded candy crush and connected my Facebook and I'm back on level ONE! Im so mad!

If the troubleshooting doesn't help then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can manually go into your account to get your progress back.
