Hi Lurppa, you didn't hear back from someone when you completed the contact form? Do it again today because you should get a response back.
I did that too, and still nothing happens.
Ok what you can do now is to go back to that link and in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can manually add back your progress by going into your account.
That didn’t help. And i have to say i synced it first time to facebook and this happened. What else can i do, i was on level 1300 something i guess.
