I WON FIRST PLACE AND DIDN'T GET ANY 1ST PLACE PRIZE. ALL ?'S ON FORUM DID NOT HELP ME, CANDY CRUSH SAGA. PRIZES ARE REASONS FOR PLAYERS/ CUSTOMERS TO PLAY, I DON'T LIKE IT IF I DON'T GET PRIZE IF I SPENT EXTRA TIME PLAYING TO GET SOMETHING & THEN DISAPPOINTMENT, STILL WAITING.

Hi THE CAT LADY, did you, by any chance, do a print screen to show that you were in first place? The studio needs to have a print screen as proof that you won it. Some of these challenges you have to wait until the exact moment it ends in order to be in first place. There are some players that will stay up all night waiting for that last second to make sure that they are in first place. If you didn't do a print screen then please keep it in mind when you win the next time.
