Facebook not progressing to next level even when successful - unsyncing and syncing not working

My candy crush saga app on facebook is not letting me progress onto the next level - I have completed 3725 successfully but not moving up.

I have progressed on another app, even though under my profile on candy crush (in facebook) shows the level I am actually on, it still doesnt progress past 3725 on facebook only.

Please help!

So if I understand properly, you passed level 3725 and it shows on your phone but not on FB, is that correct? What level are you on on your phone then? Are you well passed 3725 or is it 3726?

Please make sure your browser is up-to-date as well as clear cache and cookies. Once you've done that, please try to access the game again. Let me know how that goes!
