Level 799 and previous move # change?

As title/ question state ridiculous amount of moves to complete the level. Virtually impossible. Now I know the $ rate went up to buy gold bars in the app. Is it possible that KING is changing the levels to optimize their revenue? I essentially have to buy myself out of this level with boosters. It’s unfair and frankly it is poor business practice
