I haven’t received the bundle I paid for

Hi  yesterday I paid £19.99 for a bundle that should’ve given me 100 gold bars, two of each of the boosters plus 12 hours play.  A message came up and said that my purchase was unsuccessful and no money had been taken from my account, however 90 gold bars appeared in my account. There were no boosters and no extra playtime. I noticed today that I have been charged not only £19.99 but also an extra £1.99 for 10 gold bars. Would you please help me to sort this out.
