candy crush not engaging

On candy crush page opens up and says downloading and finishes then stops right there the game never engages or starts on my PC Windows10 and PC Window7 both?

Hi Sylvain, have you checked Microsoft for the latest Windows 10 update? It was released last weekend and it has fixed the crash so please go check to see if you have to update your system.
