Level 3702 - Bug

I’ve played this game (15-20) attempts) on an IPad Pro, IPhone 6 & 7. On each one the candy frog would not absorb the corresponding colours. On the IPhone 7 it seemed to work intermittently so not sure if it’s an IOS version issue. This clearly has a detrimental effect on completing this level.

Further to my question. On attempting the level again the candy frog is not showing “full” when it normally has a sphere around it to indicate it can be moved. I tried moving it which works when full but to reiterate it does not show as full or the sphere around it.
