Unable to remove buddy challenge on laptop.

A solution was claimed to be available of removing this feature. The solution of removing it isn't available as claimed on a laptop.

Hi Akcipitrakulo, where have you seen the message that they have released a solution to remove the buddy challenge?  I am not aware of any message out there.  I know that there have been a lot of complaints about it and a King Admin wrote about it here:  https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/buddy-challenge-222780714

Thanks for answering the answer on there suggests these steps as part of the solution: * Open Candy Crush Saga - DO NOT tap on Play * Tap on the Pink Gearwheel in the bottom left corner. * Tap on the Green wheel button to open the "Settings " menu. * Scroll down until you find a yellow ? symbol "Help Center" * Select the ‘What is the Buddy Challenge event?’The problem is that, on a laptop from facebook, te green setting sheel is not visible.

I don't play on a mobile do you know when we'll be able to remove it from PCs?

This is the same question I was asking about the green button. On the laptop there is NO green button only two blue (sound and music) and one yellow (help which is only about playing). So laptop users still need a fix to remove the buddy challenge. I can not take a snap shot of the screen as use requested - I don't have a mobile device to do that. Still looking for help!
