I am unable to purchase Gold Bars AND accept gifts on Candy Crush Jelly AND on Candy Crush Saga Please HELP. On Candy Crush Jelly the wheel is spinning non stop till I quit the game AND in Candy Crush Saga the menu of the Gold Bars are blackening and it's not letting me to choose. Every time I use a booster to pass the game they are gone without letting me pass the game.HELP

It sounds to me like your device needs some troubleshooting, given that is only happening to you and it seems to be affecting all of our games. Here is a guide for Troubleshooting on iOS that hopefully helps!

Hi Xarly, I wend to the troubleshooting guide link you send me and did not work. I guess the only thing left is to delete the games and reinstall them but I am afraid to loose all my busters that came with my combo purchases. What do I do next? Please HELP. I can take a picture of my busters on each game and send it to you or you can check my purchases from my email.
