7 weeks still no reply. 4th post on this subject. Skipped to last level every Wednesday can't play

 same as my previous posts on this subject. I get moved to the latest available level every Wednesday with all previous episodes shown as completed. Unable to play for 7 weeks

This is the reason why you have less moves: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-changing-on-candy-crush-saga-not-getting-the-same-amount-of-moves-as-your-friends  I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I will forward your message to a King Admin.

My problem is nothing to do with the number of moves. I can't play because I am continuously moved to the latest level without playing. I have been putting screen shots n for weeks and you've repeatedly told me it's been forwarded to admin yet still nothing has been done and nobody has contacted me
