I deleted and reinstalled my Candy Crush app and lost all the boosters I had previously purchased.

Since level 2005 is only giving me 12 moves (instead of 50), i deleted and reinstalled the app as recommended. Also made sure it was updated. Still only have 12 moves and all the boosters I previously purchased had disappeared. How do I get this fixed?

Hi Michelle,

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. Elsa...I understand that I lost the “freebie” boosters I have won, however, the ones I have purchased with $$ should be reinstated. Correct?
