Bonus gold bars

I spend a lot on buying gold bar.  After each purchase a bag appears and says bounds bar, be it 3 or 6, the same also appears after buying the piggy bank, however, these bonus gold bars are never received.  I have been keeping an eye on it of late, and I have not once received these bonus bars!Can you explain why, I must have lost a lot of gold bars, shouldn’t say bonus bars if you don’t receive them.

That makes no sense because we were told to give out that link.  No one else has written saying that they got an email to come back here.  Do this - write them again and say that you already wrote here and was directed to them because here we cannot handle purchasing issues.

I've been playing for 3 years, never got the bonus bars of gold after making a purchase either.
