candy crush wont load past the blue screen.i use firefox on my laptop which is up to date. i have also checked that the game allows cookies and that block up windows are allowed. all other games work just not candy crush

Hi Jen, there is a connection issue on Chrome and also on Firefox. Can you play the game on answer browser (Edge, Opera)? The studio is aware of the Firefox issue and on the Chrome issue you can read more about that here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/laoding-issue
