Levels wrong on other devices

I am on level 3298 candy crush but my iPad shows level 2888 and MacBook shows 201! iPad and MacBook show an avatar from an old Facebook account, have tried syncing,deleting, reinstalling etc to no avail, worried I will lose the level I am on on my phone, how can I sync the other two divices to my phone?
