I am unable to purchase Gold Bars AND accept gifts on Candy Crush Jelly AND on Candy Crush Saga

I am unable to purchase Gold Bars  AND accept gifts on Candy Crush Jelly AND on Candy Crush Saga Please HELP. On Candy Crush Jelly the wheel is spinning non stop till I quit the game AND in Candy Crush Saga the menu of the Gold Bars are blackening and it's not letting me to choose. Every time I use a booster to pass the game they are gone without letting me pass the game.HELP

    Hi sylgab,

    That's unfortunate and I'm sorry for this issue. It does seem to be connected to a connection issue so I suggest you make sure your connection is stable and, if that's the case, you reinstall the game.

    If your boosters were stored locally I will replace them myself in your account in case you lose them, so no need to worry about that.

    Let us know if that worked! If not, we'll keep looking into it.

    Hi Sylvia, his name is @Xarly and he wrote you above.  Did you reinstall the game and is it working?  Do that and he said that he would definitely reimburse you for your boosters.  So write him back here and he will contact you probably by private message above.  To find his answer go to the top right part of this page and on the left side of your profile picture there is an envelope.  If you see a number on it, then click on it because his answer will be there.

    Ok Elsa, I will delete the apps and reinstall them, I am afraid that I have lots of busters and I am going to loose them.

    Ugh !!!  Elsaaaaaa They are all gone! All my boosters and lives are gone. I deleted my apps and reinstalled them and I connected with the Facebook and still nothing, 0 boosters and lives. What do I do now? How can I bring them back? 

    PLEASE HELP!

    Make sure you check the top right corner of your screen for an envelope icon (tilt the phone if you need to to see it). My message will be there waiting for you :-).
