Access on a new device

My Candy Crush Saga shows up automatically on my tablet device.  My tablet is having difficulty charging and I'm worried that it may not work soon and I will lose my progress and boosters.  I set up the account some years ago and haven't had to log in since.  I don't recall what e-mail and password I used back then.  What can I do?  I haven't been signing in using FB - I just created a FB account to join King Care. Can I switch to signing in with FB without losing my progress?  What Candy Crush info will show up on my FB page if I sign in with FB? Thanks very much for any assistance.

Whatever you do, try not to uninstall the game from your mobile device because you will lose all boosters and lives since they are only saved to your device and non-transferrable.
