I had like 40 lives saved on Candy Crush - suddenly they are all gone! Any idea how this happened?

Hi Susan, where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? On mobile devices any crashes or operating system updates can cause you to lose all boosters and lives because they are only saved to that device. I did see some messages this week posted here that said they lost their lives on a computer and the studio is aware of this.
