Why does the game become slow and jerky on the iPhone X and iPhone X plus max?deleted and redownloaded still has the same problem.

Hi Winnie, there was a problem with the game yesterday and a message was posted here: https://care.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/experiencing-problems-with-your-game but the game should be working properly today. I will keep my eyes open here during the weekend to see if anyone else who has that phone reports the same issue.
