How can I get 25 moves on level 1194 as anyone else? I have 12 and it is impossible to pass with 12. I read your explanation on why some players get different number of moves, but it does not help me. Should I quit playing because you made it impossible randomly assigning me only 12 moves for this level?

It is impossible to solve this level in 12 moves. Your answer did not help. Please solve this problem by giving 25 moves to all the players that have been affected.
