I never receive my reward for solve my levels in one try. Why is that?

All my friends receive rewards for solving levels in one try. I don't... I really want that too. They can see the rewards when they open the next level. The rewards are random placed in the field. I can see the goldon crown but don't get the rewards I worked for. Does somebody knows how to solve this problem?

Hi Inge, there appears to be a glitch with the Space Dash/Helmet challenge and the studio has been made aware of this.
