My level 553 is only giving me 14 moves to clear the jelly. It can’t be done.

Why am I only getting 14 moves to clear the jelly on level 553 when online pictures of this level show 35 moves? Please advise me how on earth I can complete this level with so few moves. Is this a mistake in the game?
