Candy crush level 511

Level 511 only gives me 12 moves...I have been stuck on this level, used up all my busters and this truly feels unbeatable. I have read all of the responses but I feel like this level is impossible. I enjoy the game but I refuse to spend more money or time. Impossible makes this no fun...please help. I have even looks for walk through a and cant find any help.

To get gold bar I have been asked in Gold Chocolate Box to pass 13 level with 3 yellow star is not understood. Is it passing that level by any number of hits or passing in single hit. Thanks
