I am not getting the same number of moves

I am on level 62 and have been unable to beat it for four days. I googled to see if maybe I was missing something after purchasing extra bombs and candies(which still didn’t help). When I google it everyone is give. 21 lives while I only have 14. This needs to be fixed. It isn’t fair and now I’ve wasted money on all this extra stuff when in all actuality it is a glitch in the game.
