I'm on level 1781 and I only have 18 moves and 4 nuts to get down. It's impossible to finish this level with 18 and I'm suppose to have 40. What's going on?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
