Want to recover hundreds of boosters!

Question

I updated my phone and all of my boosters disappeared but not the rest of my progress.

I think this is ridiculous. I know you've said years ago that boosters not recoverable, but lately you've been sending private messages to those who ask. Presumably to lessen the community cries of outrage and disgust, but maybe you have a way to recover them after all?

Hi Nashlo, when playing the game on a mobile device all lives and boosters are saved just to that device so that you can play the game offline.  Any crash or operating system update can cause you to lose them.  I am just a volunteer here who comes to help respond to questions so I don't know about private messages.   What I can do for you is to elevate your message to a King Admin and it's her decision as to whether she can offer you help.  She won't be back in the office until the beginning of the week but I will forward your message to her.
