Only 14 moves

Im in Candy Crash at level 553 and i have only 14 moves to clear 36 jelly. Im sorry but its impossible!!!! The game usually gives 35 moves! Do something, please! In a different case i'm gonna stop the game! There is no way to pass this level with 14 moves!
