Impossible to pass level 2474 in only 12 moves. Why did others get 30?

It is impossible to pass level 2474 in only 12 moves in candy crush! Others have got 30 moves. I understand it's a challenge, but you have to make it possible to pass. I have used boosters without success. The drop from 30 moves to 12 moves is rather drastic. Why?
