Failed to open Piggy Bank but amount already deducted from my payment Card for THREE times

Today I tried to open my Piggy Bank by paying RM16.90 in Candy Crush Friend today. The App shows failed to purchase, but i received SMS showing deduction done via my payment card. And there are total THREE TIMES of deduction!!! Please refund the money to me RM16.90 x 3 times.
