Since level 511

Since level 511( now 513) I only have 12 moves for each level. How is this possible? Its really annoying. Please fix it somehow or I'm gonna delete the game again. I tried even to play on PC and my phone. Both show me 12 moves. Other players have 26 or something.its almost not possible to reach next levels.
