Rank/Progress not filling

My progress in the frame is not filling.  I played and passed many levels while I contacted King Care but of course was directed here after waiting many hours for a reply. My buddy isn't showing although it does open. Rami comes & goes with no boosters. You never know from one day to the next what the game will be like to play anymore. I would really like my frame fixed.

Hi jiffylady1, could you possibly do a print screen and upload it here?  I do not know too much about the ranking but maybe if you post a print screen someone here can give you an idea of how it works.
