Lost my progress

I was around level 2705 or so and synching my progress with Facebook.  Despite that my Windows 10 system hung and rebooted.  After restarting and signing in again with Facebook which was supposed to save my progress, I was back to level 11.

Can I get my progress restored?

From Facebook looks like you need this number:

"You may need your user ID for Candy Crush Saga, which is 427532784049470."
