I don't see your answer

You send me a email, but i don't see your answer.All i want is my boosters, lost this morning, when I install Candy in my Ipad.

I didn't send you the email.  You must have sent a message to complete the contact form from here:  https://care.king.com/en/contact

They would be the people who would send you an email.  What email is associated with your game?  That is where you have to look for there response.

Elsa,  At the top of the page, there is no envelope, as you said to me. so, I can't see the answer for my question. Please, tell me how I will do to  recuperate my boosters.Send me your answer by email, not on this page, it's not functionnal for me. ty Elsa.

Hi Lizon, look at the top of this page and to the left of your profile there is an envelope.  Do you see a number "1" on it?  If so, that is where your answer will be.
